Thank you for choosing for online ordering, on our website we promote Medical Tests, some tests need the client presence in one of our laboratories physically for the sample collection, and some other tests require home sample collection, where Menalabs is responsible for delivering special kits and written instructions to support the clients.

  • In case the client orders any of our tests that need laboratory visit, our customer service team will contact you within 24 hours for booking your appointment in the nearest branch providing the same service.
  • In case the client orders any of our tests that require a home sample collection, we will deliver it to your given location during ordering, it’s Menalabs responsibility to provide all the needed instructions to teach the client how to collect the samples.
  • Samples return to Menalabs is the client responsibility, and the client will bear the shipping cost
  • Delivery time depends on the country where the client is:
    Inside UAE, in average takes two to three working days
    Within GULF, in average takes three to four working days
    Outside GULF, in average takes five to seven working days
  • Delivery Location
    • It defers from test to test, during ordering process, client should find the availability of the test in certain countries.
    • The client should register his correct contact details, containing name, correct physical address, telephone or mobile number and e-mail address. The provided information will be used to deliver kits, if there is any mistake in the given information, the client will pay the cost of shipping again plus the kits cost.
  • Shipping Costs
    • Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
    • Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
    • Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
