Wellness care for equines
Performing preventive medicine as well as diagnosing emergent internal health issues requires the ability to perform a wide range of laboratory tests on your horse’s blood, urine, feces, and biopsied tissue. Without timely access to precise laboratory test results it would be difficult to make an accurate diagnosis or assessment of your horse’s health.
Laboratory testing also allows our veterinarians to obtain important information about your horse’s overall systemic health without the need for invasive and expensive procedures. Our laboratory allows us to provide you with quick and – most importantly – accurate results, which are particularly essential to our emergent and critical care cases

Wellness Examinations for Equines, Camel and Large Animals
For ranches with a number of horses or small to large herds of Camel, cattle, goats, sheep, etc., we understand that it is important to have a large animal Wellness Examination Program with the flexibility and experience to perform a range of services to breeders, stables, and those who keep horses at their home as well as within Hospital facility.
We are proud to offer both of these quality service options. This flexibility is especially important and valuable to our large animal clients, as it also provides us with the opportunity to observe farm conditions and to help the owner and livestock perform at the top levels of production and performance.
Of course, whether we recommend a ranch call or arrange sample pick-up from the stables, pins or Farm into our lab facility is dependent upon the health of the animal and the services being provided. The determination as to which venue is most appropriate is made jointly by your veterinarian in consultation with you, the owner.
Is our goal to always work in the best interest of your animals in a manner that ensures the best service to our clients.
